The Allegory of Love by Lewis Carroll
Lewis did a college degree at Oxford in only one year in English. He'd read all the books for pleasure as a teenager and he hadn't read them once. The Allegory of Love essentially is a book that goes from the classical period which he had already worked on through the medieval period. It would take him over a decade to work it on out.
