YouTube's Bifurcated Experience

YouTube has gone down this path where the platform starting to feel a bit more uncomfortable and not look quite as nice. It does mean that there's a bifurcated experience, the goal of producing something that's like a Netflix with long form videos. The goals of that feel very different to me from the goals of we have a million YouTube channels or people uploading whatever. Some of it is hilarious and some of it is awful, right? Like those two worlds don't seem to mix.
