In the eighties and even into the nineties, there was this process of deregulation of t munications in canada. Do you think that the regulation of telecoms was a mistake in hindsight? I think it hasn't proven what it's claim to do, which is foster kind of competition. And so i think we're now at this particular inflection point where our mobile phones ar are equivalent to the telephone,. The telephone was treated as universal service, therese questions. Votek, i mean, frankly, rate now should you be paying tax in your mobile phone because it's in essential service? Like one of the ways of increasing affordability immediately?
