The Benefits of Remote Work
Bob Greene: One of the biggest benefits of remote work that I've heard is like, someone who had a two hour commute before and doesn't like working out some of that time. He says if we focus on outcomes and results and not the hours that people working, it's actually better for both parties. Greene: When times get tough, people need to roll up their sleeves and showing me you're rolling up your sleeves as being in the office. The way firms are handling it is not outcome oriented because they sound like a strong arm.
