Max subscribers flooded social media to complain that they were having problems logging into the new service. The issue was not device specific as users were unable to access the service through either max.com website mobile apps or connected TV apps on Roku and Samsung TV a spokesperson for Warner Brothers Discovery Confirmed that confirmed the reports but stated that any issues had now been fixed. This comes just a CBR who wrote the following HBO Max reportedly crashed shortly after the streaming service was relaunched as Max by Warner Brothers Discovery per variety.
