Cannibal Investing - What Matters After 20 Years?
The important thing in all these cannibal oriented businesses is they shouldn't hold back from investing or reinvesting in that business if they've got great opportunities. AutoZone is still opening new stores, it's just that they're taking some of the excess capital and using that for buybacks. If you look at some businesses, which I think look like great cannibal candidates, ADP, for example, being an app because disruption comes from all over the place. It looks very solid for a very long time.
