Introduction
Crossfits glamorization of working out your body fails. Coaches are required to attend a week long military style mind body retreat as part of their training. Puke is very much a cross fit mascot, and you can tea shirts with puke the clown emblazoned upon them. There's another mascot who's also a d clown, named uncle rabdo,. The show airs on Tuesdays at 9pm on Channel 4.
