There are three types of people who tend to be sort of would describe the visionaries, trailblazers and shapers. Those people have this yearning to go off and explore and find new ways but can't do it without help from those who can take that and turn it into something. They're supported by what we call the town planners which are linear and ask even more difficult questions not about why but about how you're gonna get that done.
