Equity Versus Profit Sharing

A, so i've only thought about it in so far as when i converted to a sea corp. What i want to make sure is that anything that i incentivize employees with will truly aline with what my goals are for the company. If it's like, now we're planning to like grow this pretty quickly and maybe have an exit, then that would probably mean structuring, structuring a different way than equity. Haven't had em in for to make that decision yet. So i'm just sort of sort of kicking i down the line, i guess.
