When we moved to New Zealand in the year 2000, that's when we had to make a new start. My thinking back then was that if I'm tied all the time, I can't help my clients. To me, as radical as it sounded, it was important to have those levels of downtime where I rest and refresh. That's what happens in those holidays. We go away, the mind gets clear, we come back.
