The Importance of Perfectionism in Design

I wish more people would take the time to learn both. I don't think that's an impossible task. The artificial divide between design and engineering is, you know, kind of created its own problems on teams now. A lot of designers want to be better at code. And even a lot of developers would like to be a little better at design.
