Keep Your Eye on the Ball

If you want to pick up a grounder, i do not think that what you should be doing is guessing where it's going next. You are there with it. It's the deepest teaching you will ever even come close to. I guarantee right now, that ball knows more about where it'sGoing than you do. And every sport, why? Cause the ball knows where it'sgoing. The universe can go on by itself, but the part in front of you you have to do. That's what all or spirituality is about: Letting go of your likes and dislikes and your hopes and dreams and let it take its own course. Not my reality, but thy will.
