I decided to step out of that industry altogether, went from living in London, cool job, but just had to face effect. I need a cash flow business, and then I need that wealth building vehicle, which for me was property. And at the time, I documented a lot of what I was doing on social media, all the property deals on Instagram every day, updates. It's become sort of a really good cash flow vehicle, but the main driver behind it as well is it allows me to build an audience. When you spend money on Facebook ads, YouTube ads, creating content,  that's profitable because they're then offering further their training and training from you. Grant
