Is It a Five Year Plan?

I want to touch on the point you mentioned earlier in your plan and the deliberate decision to make it a five year plan. How did you manage that and how did the plan, what impacts did that have on the organization in its growth? The key point I would say to everybody though is optionality. You have no idea what's going to be going on in your life in five years time. So why would you not build a point and a sustainable business such that you could, you know, prosecute that if you so needed to?" "It was definitely, definitely net positive in so much as,. you know, I was then attracting people," he adds.
