I did not read this book until early 2015. And when I read it, I tend to get a little bit over zealous with books I love. So at the time I was working about 11 or 12 CEOs, and one of my all time favorite businesses, very young management team,. young ownership, they loved the book. They looked you up. The Room and Board private company is a very good story. That's a great one. UPS was a very interesting story because it went back to the founder who only had one job in their career that began at UPS.
