Eating in season, if you are eating only what is locally grown and in season in your area, it's going to be fresher. Another couple of good tips if you are in an area that this is able to be done is foraging. If you can't directly forage in free spaces, it's also really grounding to go apple picking, to pick your own pumpkins. Eat local, eat in season, eat fresh. Yeah. It definitely tastes better. But it's been proven to help with allergies as well when we take in, you know, essentially the allergens of the outside world. You know, it's kind of an extension of how vaccines work, right
