How to Eat a Lot Less

I'm going to eat it a lot more slowly than I did yesterday, when it all disappeared in four minutes. It's half-eight eating late again because I was trying to keep everything the same as it was yesterday. One of the things I am noticing is that I feel quite full quite early. Like I barely touched a quarter of that and that kind of like ravenous hunger is gone. And there we go. Pretty much 20 minutes after I started my evening dinner is done. That told me. It's a children-all-in-bed sleep.
