Shoulder Awareness Is a Must for Climbers

Boulders can only go a certain distance up a wall on any grade when they start sport climbing. It's not actually because they don't have the endurance, it's just their skill that are not happening. A chicken wing almost always means a fall is imminent. I want to have straight arms, but be able to engage my shoulder. And spend as much time with that kind of good posture climbing as possible.
