How Did You Work in a Sleep Lab?

As an undergrad i worked in the sleep lab, a mary carscadan sleep lab at brown university. It was a fascinating study looking at weather sort of adolescence, when they go through puberty, have shift in their circadian rhythm. We basely had to keep everything supersupersuper dark, where you could barely see. Your eyes had to adjust for you to be able to see. The kids were hooked up to electrodes all the time because we had to look at ther we had to constantly have them naps so we could look at their brain waves when they tried to fall asleep.
