Climbing is fun, so you might drop some other sessions like aerobic capacity or anaerobic capacity. But if your goal changes week by week, the sessions that you drop are going to change too. The actual training you get done is also going to change week by week. Over analysis comes in when you're sort of going, oh, our fingerboard at this, like three weeks ago, and I can't do it now. You've probably not done that session in three weeks if you're changing your goal all the time. So there are a couple of the main habits we do.
