The Forgiving Spirit of Jesus
In Acts eight, Philip is told by an angel to leave Samaria and go south. In verse 26 of the story, it says this: "The angel of the Lord spake unto Philip saying, arise and go toward the south" That's so good because how often is that what the spirit does? It just gives you the next right step. So as we look at Stephen in his story, what it looks like to live the way of Jesus, I think those are some of the things that we learn from him.
