How to Calculate the Strength of the Universe

A computer would go bonkers trying to solve strength theory. We want to calculate our universe. Why are we here? Why do we have stars, galaxies? I mean, for example, the subuniverses of protons are not stable. It's very difficult to get a stable proton. So far nobody has been able to show that a theory of everything gives you a stable Proton.
