The Fourteenth Amendment and Due Process

Fourteenth amendment also is important a because it has to do with due process. Due process doesn't have anything to do with actually spec ally protecting your rights and any kind of legal proceeding. So that is what i believe may be going on with fourteenth amendment and with roverses wade, that there's a bigger game at play. And the way the media has spun it is, just like they do all the time, we actually get a win. Our rights are being restored in some sense, or honored, more like as you cannot take away inherent rights that human beings have,. That's the whole point.
