The more i get sucked into sort of socialist politics and a critique of capitalism, you kind of realize that this economic system is not conducive to democracy. Someone like clive palmer, if he can make an 80 million dollar donation to a politic party, has more dem more democratic rights and democratic sayin influence than an ordinary person.
