The Importance of Diversity in Admissions Policies

Harvard says no part of what makes us who we are could ever be irrelevant. But that's obviously not what they believe because they believe that the only parts of who you are that are relevant are if you're black, Hispanic, or trans. All this extra melodrama has nothing to do with anything apart from obscuring the actual issue at hand with appeals to emotion rather than logic.
