Don't leave sex to the very end of the night. Prioritize it earlier in the day. Don't judge yourself for having a look at your partner's genitalia. And don't put too much pressure on yourselves, like you're supposed to be perfect and so if we can take that off our shoulders, then we'll have better sex....

Boy, do I have an episode for you! A couple of months ago my husband, Brennan, and I recorded an episode where we talk about sex from our perspectives.
