The President's Brazen Openness Makes It Less Effective
I agree that the President's brazenly and openly violating these norms. And you're right that if McCabe is prosecuted, it's going to seem political no matter what the evidence is against him. But I think in a way we should be grateful for his brazen openness, as opposed to violating the norms in secret. The concern is the damage that's actually done to the Department of Justice.
