Insurance company Tiptree has gone from eight million to four million shares in the past ten years. The stock by backs are not driving up the price at all, they're leaving people with more ownership of things. If you had insiders sell out into the market and stop, over time, this couldhave become a more liquid stock. But i isn't help in terms of driving oer the price.
