The Language of Authenticity Is Trying to Get at What Marx Calls Alienation
"The minute anyone starts talking about authenticity, I just like, for me, like authenticity is like, we're already doing fascism," he says. "I get nervous and I start looking around to see if they're locking the doors, you know? You reach for your gun. I reach for my gun."
