The Importance of Warmups

I would have like maybe two limit bouldering sessions on my home wall per week. I would do the same easy boulders up to like maybe V5, but then every session I would pick maybe two or three or four boulders progressing from like V6 to V8. The warmup is it's so underutilized by so many people,. You know you have this set time where you've allotted this let's say between for some people 15 to upwards of an hourTime to doing a standardized regiment of different exercises and movement patterns. If you're not sticking to the same thing consistently your body's not going to adapt.
