What Burnout Looks Like?

i want to hear from you guys what burnout looks like. i'm seeing everyone on the team having come out of or being in the middle of this, i can't do it any more. Do you know when it's coming? Is there any way to remedy it, or what? If you're in delana's position, what changes to help you overcome that stuck ing of being burnt out like that? I have thoughts on this.
