The Importance of Righteous Relationship
2 Corinthians 5, 21 is the only thing I've found in the New Testament that really gives me any sense of, okay, how does God make this work? Well, there's this transfer of the stuff of my account. Jesus takes that on himself and the stuff of his account, God gives to me. That's profoundly relational. For family relational. Yeah, not transactional. If we understand righteousness as right relationship, now we see what the end game was. What God was going for was relationships so that there would come a day when there'd be a whole array of people, thousands of thousands and 10 thousands before the throne.
