Before i became a manager, i really believe that iteration, experimentation, was a concept. The best managers are able to leverage some one's strength and give them an area of ownership around what they're working on. I think when you start to iterate with everything at the same time, your product is also changing over time. And then your process and culture and cadence has toIterate alongside it,. tho the better it is.
