The Problem With Dogs in India
The Prevention of cruelty to animals act is a animal welfare based legislation which lays down that animals can be used owned managed and even killed but that this must be done in a humane manner. Laws for the protection of people citizens and animals themselves require that stray animals are removed from public places and sheltered rehomed euthanist whatever. So now we are seeing increasing stray dog attacks inside gated communities inside the premises of hospitals public parks markets just somebody walking on the road is you know attacked by a dog who doesn't want to be there but he's forced to be there. This is a very concerning issue because when you tell people that now stray animal stray dogs have the same rights as your children
