The Front Fasades of Churches

I can't think of, in the immediate period before this, any really famous facades put on the front of long churches that are classical. I seem to be coming down on that. And sometimes also, there are chapels coming off either the dome or the main body in the initial design - which was also not a universally true earlier on. The thing of having like, a crossing with a tower on top is a bit of english peculiarity, as here in themidle ages. They have them in french, in france as well, but they don't have um church spires. Italian churches is a freesomwhere else here.
