What's the Impact of the Cobet Report?
Pupils and then adults who do not have a sufficient base level of speaking and understanding, what is the impact for that, both on them as individuals and then as society? It's probably almost too soon to say. As much as we try to preempt what they 're going to be, i think we'll discover more gaps as they get older and experience things,. We realize what things have been missed as well. Yes, it's this gap that will get bigger, i think, is the sort of summary of the report, where something that seems quite small and and could be caught up upon becomes much larger as time goes on.
