The Importance of Forgiveness
The act of forgiveness is done to let go of your own anger. It does not mean that you approve of what was done to you. When we forgive, we can release those negative emotions that we are holding on to. And the benefits from this, as shown in research studies, are huge. Less anger, less depression, less anxiety, more frequent, positive emotions.
