How to Find the Right Operator for Your Business

There's sort of three levels of operators, in my opinion. If you have a known proven operator, then typically I get out of their way. And if you took one that was unproven, maybe there's some potential there and you don't know where it's going to go. So this is why you like buying businesses as opposed to just building them from the ground up.
