Is There a God That Knows the Future?
One potential anti-theistic consideration is if there's a God that has full foreknowledge of the future, that might compromise our free will. In philosophy classes, you'll learn about fatalist arguments that don't appeal to theism at all. So it's not clear to me that this would be a uniquely anti-theists consideration.
