Russia's Use of Internal Vulnerabilities
The main tactics Russia applies is use of internal vulnerabilities. If you have any gap or mistake in your internal situation, this is something that Russia wants to take advantage of. They very often play on existing convictions, beliefs. For instance, I just recently visited Indonesia and I was so surprised when I heard that Russia is very active in Indonesia. And Russia is pushing a narrative that Russia is the global protector of Islam because Indonesia is the largest Muslim country.
