The Party in Power Has Passed Stuff That Is Popular

Biden's approval rating in many of these Senate races, governors' races are defying gravity because Biden's approval rating is lower than they are nationally. And the party in power has passed stuff that is actually popular. It seems to me that has been underplayed by Democrats here. That could be really useful with voters who we know are coming out.
