An airline loyalty program is pretty much centralized. All the decisions are made at head office and then rolled out. In the hotel industry, it's very different. We have a B2B2C model,. The money that builds the profit of a core comes first from the owners - not so much from the direct consumer or guest. You need to convince the owners to follow you in order to implement what you want to do. And just forgive my naivety as a bell, I just don't know your industry.
