What Strength Do You Want to Surface in the Interview Process?
The interview process is still one of my favourite technical intervew i've ever done. I think there's not really a wrong way to do interviews, but some things get criticized in certain types of environment. You're sort of like auditioning, like, hay, do we play well toa t let's treat ed like it's a band. And for a certain type of team member, that may actually be a really important thing. It can lead you into a place where you're kind of cargo culting and making sure that people are going to contribute the way you need them to on your teams.
