How to Increase or Decrease Intensity Levels

If you're about to race a marathon, you kind of have to have a different intensity level. The further away we get from the race, the more difficult it is to remember your thoughts. Most people will be able to come up with a number on that 1 to 10 scale of where they would like to be prior to racing. So if you like a 5, that means a 4 to a 6 would be ideal for you.
