The Differences Between DME and DME
Liquid malt extract is made before the dry malt extract. And so maybe people look at that and they're like, well, hey, this is the best, freshest extract you're gonna get. Further processing is just gonna diminish the quality of that extract. I could see that as being an argument for DME.
