Sally Kohn: I think that story is one of the most powerful ways to actually sell. She says if you can share maybe you're sharing your story of, yeah, I was here and struggled with X, Z and it wasn't until I really figured out how to accomplish this thing with this. So not only are you leading them along a story structure, but they're also growing a connection with you as you empathize with where they're at  and their story.
