I don't know that there's, you know, kind of one in the box way to think about it. Some people will tell us, well, I work with people in transition. Unfortunately, for a lot of us, we don't identify ourselves as in transition. When you get more specific, like women going through divorce or five years from retirement, then define it. Because that I can relate to and say, "Oh, okay, yeah, that's me"
