The human mind is a strong entity, and it is not susceptible to as much as we think it is. So i think it's really importan not to overstate the power of behavioral science. It's important to realize that every policy and programme has a default architecture. There's no such thing as a default liss architecture. We're nudging people in one direction or another whether we like it or not. And bhut what we're failing to realize, is that there's a counter factual world in which it could be designed in a far be way that actually achieves the policy outcomes Or goals that we had in mind.
