How Do I Keep Track of Am I Growing?

I tend to overlook things that are too familiar to me. I like to write down those areas in which I want to see growth. And then just keep the stream going, keep the streak going. Every time I put forth some effort in that particular area, somehow noted,. Somehow celebrated that I am putting forth that effort intentionally trying in that area.
