The Importance of Having a Selling Persona
As a consultant, it's really easy because you are doing all of the mathematical, logical calculations in your head about how's this going to work. When you're selling, there may be an exercise in identifying risks. That can be a wise decision. But if you engage the risk too much and you problem solve too much in the sales conversation, you could problem solve your way out of a deal.
